Sometimes, we would need to request a screenshot to better understand your query.
That being said, it is important to know the best way to take a screenshot & send it to us.

Below, you have different methods available for different devices.

Windows

To capture a screenshot on Windows, type in Snipping Tool in the Windows search bar & open the application.

When the application opens, click on new to start taking the screenshot.

Select which area of your screen you would like to capture by clicking & dragging your mouse across.

Click on File in the upper left corner & Save As to a location of your choice.

 iPhone/ Android

On Mobile, it is significantly easy to take a screenshot.

On iPhone, all you have to do is tap the Increase volume button & the Lock button at the same time. Your screenshot will then be automatically saved in your gallery.

If you have an older version of iPhone, all you have to do is tap the Home & the Lock button simultaneously and the screenshot will be automatically saved in your gallery.

If you have an Android phone, all you have to do to take a screenshot is tap the Home Button  & the Decrease volume button simultaneously.

The screenshot will be automatically saved to your gallery.

 Macbook

Similar to the snipping tool, on Mac you can also capture a selected area & save it.

To do so, you would need to press Shift + Command + 4 at the same time.

Select the area of the screen to capture by dragging the crosshair and releasing the mouse button to confirm the screenshot.
