When receiving e-mails from us, make sure that our e-mail address is under the “Safelist / Allowed List” to remove any chance of them going in your spam or junk. 

If you are using a Zoho account, you would need to go through a small process to filter our e-mails to the "Safe List / Allowed List".

Step-by-Step Guide: 

  • Login to your Zoho account.
  • Go into your "Spam" folder on the left side.
  • Righ-click on our e-mail and select "Mark as not spam".

  • That will send the email to your Inbox and removing the possibility of any of our future e-mails going into your spam folder.
