You need to first:

Do an Internal Transfer.
(From your Live Rebate Account to your USD Wallet).

 Once the above has been completed, you will be able to request your withdrawal.

Affiliates will be paid every Friday. If you have not met the $25 threshold for an Affiliate commission payment, then it will accumulate until the $25 threshold has been met.
