You would see an “invalid account” / “authorization failed” / “unauthorized”  error message when you have either entered your password incorrectly or when you have not connected to our servers.

 Please make sure you select the correct server when logging in to a Live or Demo Account. 

Try the server selection first and if the server selection is not the issue, please try resetting your Trading Platform password.
