Make sure you have your valid ID document prepared.
Check the expiry date on your ID Document. Once your ID document expires, you will need to go through the KYC process again.
Tap on KYC Verification.
You will then be redirected to the KYC verification process to choose your country of residence by tapping the arrow facing down.
If you are on a desktop PC and have no webcam, you can scan the QR Code with your mobile phone and continue the process on your mobile.
If the device you are using already has a webcam, you can click the Click Here button to continue the process.
You need to have a camera/webcam on the device/desktop computer you are using because you will need to take a live selfie photo.
After you complete the above step, you will need to scan your ID document.
When you are ready, click the Start button.
You will then be asked to choose the type of ID document you will be uploading.
You will need to choose the country that issued your document and the type of ID document you will be providing. The selection will vary depending on which country you select.
You can either take a live photo of the ID document or you can upload a JPEG/PNG image from your computer/device.
You will need to upload the front of the ID document first.
After uploading the front and back of the ID document, you will need to take a Live selfie photo.
Once the above has been completed, the system will start to check the ID document you provided us.
Do not close the browser window/turn off your device/computer while you are waiting for the system to verify your ID document.
By this stage of the process, your documents are being reviewed, if we need any further documentation for verification purposes, we will notify you via email and/or receive a notification on the “Documents” section of your account.
If all has been approved, you will see a notification which states KYC Approved.
